Stuart specialises in corporate and commercial contract work.

He deals with clients in a wide range of sectors including traditional industries, commercial and residential property development, service and hospitality industries and intellectual property. His focus is on servicing medium sized businesses from start-up, investments/fundraising through to sale or succession. Stuart provides advice on business acquisitions and reorganizations, share structures as well as non-contentious employment matters and a broad range of commercial contracts.

He has a longstanding commitment to the housing association sector and is the chairman of a Housing Association in Livingston. He is also a board member of a number of other charities in the arts sector.
