From 1 December 2008, all properties for sale in Scotland will have to be marketed with a Home Report. AC & H are well placed to advise buyers and sellers of residential property throughout Scotland on the effect of this radical change in law.
Anne Pacey, a partner in our Residential Property Department, has been involved with these reports throughout the lengthy consultation period and has produced a couple of guidance notes on the topic.
