Archibald Campbell & Harley advises in the sale of Edinburgh Retail Park

Archibald Campbell & Harley acted for the Dixons Group in the sale to Morley Pooled Pensions Limited of Corstorphine Retail Park, Edinburgh and the lease-back of the anchor unit in the development to PC World.
Archibald Campbell & Harley has advised the Dixons Group on all their Scottish property matters for many years including its acquisition, development and disposal of sites as well as the leasing and management of their Dixons, Currys, PC World and The Link stores.
The team acting for Dixons in the Corstorphine deal was led by Robin Mitchell, one of the firm's partners. Sue Philipson, Managing Director of Dixons Group Retail Properties commented:
