These recent recruits are Kenneth Irons, who joins the Commercial Property department, and Richard Murray, who is working in the Private Client department.
Kenneth is well known in Commercial Property circles, particularly for his experience in Property Finance, and his appointment strengthens the firm's widely respected property practice.
Richard Murray specialises in trusts, tax and executries and the firm will benefit from the breadth of his knowledge and expertise derived from more than twenty years of dealing with issues concerning the private client. He is a member of the Society of Law Accountants of Scotland (SOLAS), a lecturer on Executry Administration for the Society's training courses and a member of the SOLAS/Law Society of Scotland Examination Board.
Rod Macphail comments:
"These two appointments show our commitment to strengthening our service across the firm and to ensuring that clients receive the best possible service from us.
Our willingness to meet client demands has resulted in the firm opening an office in Glasgow for the first time in its history. We were conscious of a desire on the part of some of our existing clients based in and around Glasgow to be more accessible to them, and our new office, based in Park Terrace, allows us to fulfil this, as well as to allowing us to build all parts of our business in that market."
